I had to ff through a lot of it, but what a great gathering.

People need to be careful when calling the United States a democracy. The Founders viewed Democracy as a “Mobocracy” or if you reference 0bama, a “thugocracy”. The Founders created The Constitutional Republic when they drafted the Constitution and a Nation of Laws.
I do not remember which network it was, but their logo for the election broadcast was “Democracy 2020”. To me, that was a plug for the Democrats.
The Democrat Party wants a democracy in which the Majority rules without respect for the rights of the minority. A couple of their ideas are removing the 2 senators per state. They would group states together until the population qualified for a Senator. Of course, toss the Electoral College.
