   Here is an old rule for monarchs:
   Kings are born and die, but they can’t be sick. I am not even hinting that President Trump is anything else. But the same principles apply.
   Trump accomplished that when he left the hospital to drive by where his supporters were. He showed them he was okay.
   He did the same with today’s speech.
