    Barnes had me convinced Lagoa was the better choice. We don’t need any more upper-crusts sitting on SCOTUS. Lagoa would have had Justice Thomas with whom to bond, which is not a bad thing.

    And yet, things are going to be plenty rough for ACB. ACB will need Justice Kavanaugh with whom to bond and commiserate. One suspects that may be another reason why Pres Trump chose ACB, not to mention her very strong faith.

    Thanks for posting these, Stella. They are educational as much as entertaining, and one doesn’t always find the time to check every day.
