   Seen on Facebook (good point):

   Twice during Senate HELP Committee #COVID19 hearing — responding to questions by Sen. Paul and by Sen. Romney — Dr. Fauci admits that the body produces an immune response to #COVID19 and the fact that the body can spontaneously clear the virus in the majority of people who have gotten infected suggests that a vaccine can be successfully be developed.

   Fauci’s hedging on the issue of COVID immunity has always puzzled me. What would even be the point of developing a vaccine if there was no immune response? And what would be the point of injecting people with convalescent plasma if there was no immune response?

   Glad these hearings cleared the air on this important point: Exposure to the virus confers immunity. So does convalescent plasma. And so will a vaccine, when it becomes available. So, let’s get out our homes and back to work, America!

   Maybe the Doc can testify to the part his pushing for delaying an opening would play in the upcoming roiling tsunami of bankruptcies on the horizon? When what seems to be a possible recessionary/inflationary wave hits maybe he can help Congress deflect and divert by testifying how doctors know more about economics than economists do.
