I’m going to mention the doggie MSM and curcumin again. It’s been a couple of months since I started the ancient dog on it and the curcumin in concert with the Rimadyl have really cut her pain. The MSM has picked up her mood and with the pain release she’s much less of a bitch and is even puppy-playing with the terriorista. Stuff works as far as I’m concerned.

WHere do you get it? Can I give my dog the same curcumin I take? How much do you give them? My dog will be 14 in April, and he is in pain. I’d like to help him all I can while I have him.

Daisy is ~80 pounds so she gets 4 pills a day. They recommend 1 pill for a 25 pound dog and one more for each 25 pounds of weight. They’re beef and bacon flavored so at least Daisy just woofs them down.

You could use people curcumin but it’s not very tasty and you have to figure out how to get the dog to take it. One of the pill’s serving sizes is 2 pills and 2 pills contain 300 mg of curcumin.

The pills are: Amazing Nutritionals Turmeric Chews. I get them on Amazon. $22 for 120 pills, a monthly supply for Daisy.

Alan Dershowitz: FISA ‘reshuffle’ needed to stop FBI officials with a ‘grudge’
    by Daniel Chaitin | February 08, 2020

“We need to reshuffle the entire FISA court,” Dershowitz said. “We need to have a defense attorney in there with security clearance who plays the devil’s advocate, like when the Catholic Church gives somebody sainthood, you need to have somebody arguing the other side. Here, you have to have somebody who has security clearance saying no, no, no. Hold up. This is not verified. This is not good.”

    Good Morning Beautiful People

Yesterday was a crisp sunny day here in NJ

Took a good olde fashion walk on the boards (as we say here)

And it was actually quite busy for a winter afternoon

Most of the Boardwalk is open all year

    Have a Great Day 🌞

Waiting on the snow here. Headed out this afternoon in my new Trump 2020 hat. Wore it yesterday, mostly smiles and shy acknowledgments, a few ugly looks but “meh”.

More snow predicted here too, adding to the couple feet already on the ground. But ugh, it’s warm. Hanging in the low 30s the last few days, which is nasty in the winter. Everything gets soggy and then the temp plunges and we have a rutted ice rink. Hate that! Three more months and we’ll start to see some green grass. *Sigh*

This snow fall is very light snow, I’ll be able to use the snow blower instead of the snowblower 🙂 .

At least the white snow is covering up the ugly black snow! <<< Some how I think antifa would not like this observation 🙄.

Called Nikki Haley an idiot for taking down the CBF, and was told “that’s not very loving” by someone who said that everyone in the state of Texas is a racist because they all want to own slaves and that everyone who has the Battle Flag on their vehicle did it to rub black people’s noses in it.

    Fathom the hypocrisy.

And this is a close family member who I had thought was a Republican.

The book Breaking Bread by Martin Philip is 1.99 on Kindle today. He’s the head baker at King Arthur according to the email list I got. Looks like an entertaining and excellent resource if you like to bake.

I hope it is a great book, but I sure can’t complain about the price! I also like kindle versions of cookbooks because I just don’t have an accessible place to keep many. The few I’ve kept through the moving process are in the cabinet over the fridge.

I’m not usually tempted by cookbooks anymore because so much is available on Pinterest, so it has to be on something I consider a process, like baking, especially breads and sourdough specifically, or fermenting. This book seemed to fit the bill.

Oh, that is SO beautiful! Your picture selections are exquisite – a nice counterbalance to the factual info. I like what you’re doing here!
