I wonder if there is already a problem. They applied to have the “Sussex” name patented, and it is my understanding that the Queen took that title from them. I can’t see how they will be allowed to use it and that might put a crimp in their plans.

She didn’t take that title from them. I don’t know about patenting it. The only thing is that they may not use the HRH.

I agree a reasonable, but clearly defined split.
As Megan and Harry leave Buckingham Palace they should take care that the Royal gold-plated swingin’ door does not catch their non-Royal asses. 🙂
