   Good mornin’, and happy hump day! I have marked myself safe from an AI monster bot wiping us out, for another day, and that means we have to have something nice. This is actually AI (how ironic), but it’s sharp! Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee.

       I’ve never thought about pairing my Folger’s with a nice Zinfendel before. Usually a nice merlot…… 😉

   Morning all. How long since you’ve seen one of these in use? We went to a Mennonite market yesterday and this is how they tallied the bill for those who had a number of things. I noticed that the gentleman was quite good (and fast) at mental sums for those who had maybe 8-10 items or so. He could have that added in his head before he could have input it in even a modern calculator.

   It was good to see simple proficiency in everyday life again.
