    I think Epstein was allied with one of the great intelligence services to get leverage on powerful people. The two fires on “unoccupied” pedo island two weeks apart in January in underground bunkers were part of the cleanup. So was this.

    Let speculation rage about the Clintons or Trumps involvement or the outraged nookie, while theirs is nicely obscured.

    We should be so lucky as tohave one this good.

      Yup, Hoover’s personal intel files he used to leverage politicians. I’ve also mentioned the persistent rumor after Operation Just Cause of a team sent in to grab recordings of Noriega ‘parties’ hosting prominent Americans, both private businessmen and politicians, that he used for leverage. It’s a dirty world out there.

      My guess is the agency didn’t care about his private files, but that this was a highly sophisticated video processing and transmission facility that raised inconvenient questions about Epstein sponsorship and who staffed it. That’s why the bunkers were on the SW part of the island away from the villa and guest facilities on the NW

      The suicide was part of the cleanup as well.

      Let speculation rage about the Clintons or Trumps involvement or the outraged nookie, while theirs is nicely obscured. And the Federal Government has no interest in letting their involvement see the light of day for a lot of reasons. Ask Acosta.

      Epstein’s usefulness for the foreign Agency has been pretty much over for the 10 years since he was first convicted, so this is a convenient way to close his operation out before things might get messy with discovery and a trial.

      We should be so lucky as to have one this good.

        The Soviets routinely trained and used male (ravens) and female (swallows) spies in how to seduce targets. We weren’t above that either but the KGB had us beat all to hell, they were the sexperts.

        It’s possible we might even have used Jeff as a tool, we keep a close eye on those ‘abandoned’ islands after enterprising drug traffickers in the 60s/70s built huge drug transshipment point on them. Quite possible we or even some intel service with overtones of rice or borscht, maybe even using Cuba as a cutout, could have co-opted him?

        We, they or any number of private services here or abroad have the capabilities of cleaning up as seems to have been done and there are undoubtedly lots of very grateful folks on both sides of the aisle ready to forgive and forget.
