I don’t know what game they are playing, but it smells. Anyone who wants to pay more taxes can simply write a check. No need to raise taxes in order to do that.
Fortunately the “expert” isn’t in charge. Obviously, what the “experts” advise hasn’t worked. Like many in Asia, I would think that the U.S. media would be optimistic about the new approach, but that would be too much to hope for.

Some people I know on the police departments are a bit worried if the Ratyn pols will back them if they have to face Antifa. The political structure is already heavily mistrusted when it comes to backing them when it comes to dealing with thugs.
