    Our current situation is better. Upstream they increased the output and have the flood pool down to about 90%. The lake we live near that it dumps into, they have it under 90% now. The other side of that coin is what it’s doing to those below us. I honestly don’t know because it’s getting harder to get information and when you do you don’t know how accurate it is.
    They were telling people last night downstream on the Arkansas River, the increased flow out of Keystone would not cause the river to rise anymore because Ft. Gibson lake was decreasing the flow. They increased it and we increased what is flowing into them, so Heaven only knows.

    Up on the Kansas/Oklahoma border they have issued mandatory evacuations, so all of that water has to still come down. All of the storms we were supposed to get last night stayed north of us, so I’m assuming that’s why they’re now flooded.

    Just talked to family in Arkansas and they’re flooding farther into Arkansas.

        I’m worried about the people downstream from us though, because they already have it really bad. They get it bad because the lake we dump into and 2 rivers all meet up at the same spot, in addition the lake/dam southwest of us about an hour and half dumps into the Arkansas river, so they get it from all directions.

        The dam that is southwest of us is keep increasing their output, but yet still has more coming in than they’re letting out. Their flood pool is over 114%. I saw video of it earlier and they let people get right up on the dam, below it. I told my husband that it was nuts that they allow people that close and that people would want to be that close. All there is separating them from all that roaring water is a rock levee and a bunch of the idiots were standing on it. What’s worse is the number of kids I saw standing on the rocks. If those levees don’t hold all that water is going to come out the sides instead of downstream. Not to mention if one of them falls into the water, there is no saving them.

          Amazing that people are standing about the dam… and with children yet. Like the folks that bring their kids to antifa gatherings, not a lick of common sense.

            It’s hard for me to understand.

            All along the river they’re warning people that erosion is occurring and to stay away. People aren’t listening though and as of last night one person fell in when the earth gave away. Last I heard they still had not found a body.

    What happened?
    On Friday, an independent security journalist revealed that First American Financial Corp had up to 885 million sensitive customer financial records exposed on its website going back to 2003.

    First American is the top title insurance firm in the United States. They often handle both the buyer and lender sides of real estate transactions across the country. The personal information found in the database includes combinations of:
    Social Security numbers
    Driver’s license images
    Bank account numbers
    Mortgage and tax documents
    Wire transaction receipts

    There was no indication that any of the data was stolen during the exposure and First American has taken down the site. The company has hired a firm to assess whether customer data was stolen.

    What does this mean?
    A data exposure or data leak is different from a data breach. In a breach, unauthorized access to sensitive information is intentional. In a data exposure like this one, the sensitive information is left out in the open, often because the server was not set up with the proper security.

    We went to see Poms today at the theater. I thought it was going to be one of those idiotic and perfectly dumb comedies they put out. But, it turned out to be a really fun movie. The theater was almost packed and when it was over we were all talking to the strangers around us and saying how much fun the movie was and how happy it made us feel. I recommend it.
