      Thank you, Lucille! Hope you have a very fun Friday! Dinner and shopping with my DD and grandkids was very fun last night and I get to see them again tomorrow. I’m taking DD out for some sweet mother/daughter time, after we eat lunch all together. I haven’t gotten her all to myself in a really long time. GS is starting indoor soccer tomorrow. Three year olds playing soccer is probably pretty cute and somewhat funny, since they haven’t ever played before. Anyway… GS is very excited about it and it would be fun to see him play on Saturday mornings. 😊

    I’m not sure what date this chart was compiled as it’s slightly out of date according to “US States – Ranked by Population 2019” at http://worldpopulationreview.com/states/. The following states are the only ones with a larger population than Los Angeles County at 10.16 million, starting with the most populous:

    California
    Texas
    Florida
    New York
    Pennsylvania
    Illinois
    Ohio
    Georgia
    North Carolina

      I laid into Dan Crenshaw yesterday. He’s great and I’m happy he’s a Texas Rep., but he tweeted that POTUS needs to stop talking about McCain. Wrong! He’s not the only politician on the R side who said something like that, and Laura Ingraham jumped into the fray as well. McCain is a traitor. People need to know the truth and need to stop idolizing the man.

        Something is definitely up re the President mentioning McCain so abruptly at Lima. People who have read the background on the whole Swamp know, of course, that McCain was involved deeply in trying to stop President Trump both before the election and thwart his agenda subsequently. He also was happy to pass the dossier along without making any attempt to verify it.

        Even though I do think speaking of McCain without having a really well-thought-out statement is not effective, I understand President Trump’s frustration. When the shoe finally drops about the dossier and McCain’s role in it, everyone with eyes to see will know why our man was “preparing” us even though it was inadequately done, IMO.

    I just cooked a big bunch of lovely asparagus. It was so big that I weighed it after I had trimmed the stems, but before I cooked it. One pound. Cost? $1.19. Amazing.
