Sounds like there may be further delay in sentencing, because Flynn is continuing to cooperate with the Special Counsel’s office. Seems that Flynn was acting as a foreign agent for work with Turkey. If he withdraws his guilty plea on lying to the FBI, he will probably be liable for prosecution of other crimes.

Have not been listening to this, but Stella, reading through tweets and comments, seems Gen Flynn is defeated.

We all know Gen Flynn was merely doing what he observed others doing in the Obama, Bush 43, and Clinton administrations. There was no reason Gen Flynn expected his actions would be treated any differently now that he, Gen Flynn, was one of the Big Guys.

Would that no one was above the law. But those days were never even here, were they?
Thank you for the updates. Will check in tonight as well.

Seems to me that Flynn is between a rock and a hard place. I will remain optimistic for the time being.

Yeah, but these ‘justice’ officials are NOT Trump friendly. It’s as if Obama and the Clintons have a direct line into Justice and are calling the shots.
Remember when Clinton had a rep in his official entourage when he went to Russia and that rep spent time negotiating a chicken sales contract with the Russians in favor of a large, Arkansas, Clinton-friendly chicken company?

I haven’t read anything about Flynn yet (well now I have since I typed that sentence). I listened to an attorney on the radio as I was driving today. I’m happy I heard her because it is the opposite of what I’m reading here. Emmet Sullivan is the judge from the Ted Stevens case where Sullivan took the extremely rare step of sanctioning prosecutors.

Judge Sullivan is a no nonsense judge who has zero tolerance for prosecutorial misconduct.

There is undeniable prosecutorial malfeasance in the Flynn case. There is obvious entrapment and an overt malicious ignoring of the Brady Disclosure rule.

I am falling more in line with a really big move, a really grand intricate moving game that is afoot.

Judge Emmet Sullivan I think tipped his hand with his treason question. I think that was a misstep. I think the Judge is outright angry and it was a comment that was a pointed blow at the prosecutors (all 12 who were sitting across from a US citizen, all 12 who are with malice trying to destroy a man’s life all because the man is affiliated with President Trump). Take my opinion for what it is worth.

It’s an absolutely ridiculous question for a judge to ask. Equally as ridiculous is his statement saying that Flynn sold his country out.

Oh and Judge Sullivan has apologized for the comment.

Judge Quickly Backtracks, Apologizes After Floating Crazy Idea Michael Flynn Committed Treason

I believe we are going to see Hillary’s worst fears come true.

Notice that Comey is openly stating that he is the one who put the Flynn sting into motion. Hmmm… Comey is smarter than Obama and Clinton combined. So why on earth would he be babbling about something that is falling apart? Something that is very likely going to get Flynn out of jail free?

This is a horde of people mired by their own filth. Just as it should be.

Remember they had no plans for a Trump victory. Zip, zero, nada, no one expects to need their insurance policy. This was a work in progress that they never thought they would have to use, it is flawed from and destined to crash and burn.

The only real question left is how many of the architects are going to actually burn along with their monster?

Sorry if this is a bit rambling, I’m reading, watching something and tired 🙂 !

FLYNN HEARING GOES BADLY FOR FLYNN; JUDGE DELAYS SENTENCING RULING
    (snip to ending paragraph)
“…Trump retains the power to pardon Flynn, who, in my view, was entrapped by an FBI hostile both to Flynn and to Trump. Trump also has the lesser power to commute any jail sentence Judge Sullivan decides to impose. Given the prosecutors’ recommendation of no jail time as well as Flynn’s service to America, Trump should, at a minimum, do that much.”
