The problem is that society wants to punish the miscreants involved in MS-13 and ISIS, but they do not fear society one bit. Defiant and supposedly fearless except when it comes to their internal organizational agenda. MS-13 fear each other. ISIS fears their fake god.

My own observation is that President Trump’s military academy training really shows through in so many areas. Take this history snippet from Wikipedia as an example:
“The phrase and concept date to ancient times. Roman Emperor Hadrian (AD 76–138) is said to have sought “peace through strength or, failing that, peace through threat”. Hadrian’s Wall was a symbol of this policy.”
Today’s example of the President’s peace through threat is financial to Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.
