   Term limits. The President can only serve two terms…why is this not also implemented for Congress?

   Oh, yeah. They’d have to vote on it, to kill their career.

   Then do it by state governments? Nope. It can’t be done by state Governors and state legislators either. Supreme Court ruled in 1995 (Clinton) that states cannot impose term limits upon their federal Representatives or Senators.

   Perhaps the answer is repealing that Amendment that allows for popular vote for Senators, idk.
   Perhaps a Speaker of the House’s Contract With Legislators that will promise to follow regular oder, and invoke automatic Speaker of House recall if Contract is broken.

   Whichever they choose, they MUST ABANDON this “we are a Democracy” crap. We are a Constitutional Republic. Period. Start saying and acting that way.
