      Instead of that, ours bark madly at the back glass door. They join in a conspiracy to make it seem like there is someone out there. The they just stare out the door, wait for you to settle down, & do it all over again.
      Of course, sometimes there is something out there besides a bird or butterfly, armadillo or neighbor fishing on the lake.
