Barack and Michelle Obama are raking in the cash, thanks to the influence of a former campaign supporter.
The couple last week signed a creative production deal with Netflix that one entertainment industry source said could be valued at more than $50 million.
Ted Sarandos, a major campaign contributor for Obama and the streaming giant’s creative content chief who oversees an $8 billion budget, helped to broker the deal, the source told The Post.
Sarandos and his wife, Nicole Avant, bundled nearly $600,000 in contributions to Obama from their friends and associates during the 2012 presidential campaign.
The couple is friends with the Obamas, and Avant served as US ambassador to the Bahamas from 2009 to 2011, during the former president’s first term.
Her father, Clarence, a music exec, bundled a total of nearly $450,000 for Obama’s presidential campaigns.

As I mentioned previously (at CTH, I think), these two don’t know the first thing about film production. Film production is work. Someone else will be the behind-the-scenes and “co-producing” entity. They’re just the face of the enterprise.

Michelle is as self interested, hateful and money hungry as is Hillary. But she is lazier and not as shrew. No way will she run for president with this kind of money rolling in. Michelle is far more addicted to the money and perks than to power (not to say she doesn’t also love power).
Remember neither of the Obamas have much use for humanity in general, they would drive either one of their daughters to the butcher to rid her of being punished by a baby growing within her womb.
Michelle wants to be on a perpetual vacation and has no use for being around so many white people in a house that was built by slaves 🙄.
Rumor has it that Michelle almost left Obama over not having enough money when he was a wee community organizer. $50 million is a small price to pay if it keeps her from running for the presidency.
