Hey, it’s almost time for dinner, right?
Head chef Conor McClelland, from Rayanne House Guesthouse Belfast, cooks us through the mouth-watering nine course feast that would have been enjoyed, devoured and celebrated by first-class passengers on the RMS Titanic.

How much fun! Makes the beans, rice and tamales we’re having seem a little tame!

I just got my power back, so I will be enjoying leftover pot roast and vegs.

No Consume Olga? Stella! I’m shocked!
What happened to your power? (PS – Happy BD to Tucker!)

It was an “equipment problem”, whatever that means.

I’ll pass on your good wishes to Tucker – he’s napping right now. I’m not sure, but I think this chef picked one dish from each category/course.

We had a one course meal, stuffed peppers.
The only way I could eat a nine course meal is if I only had to take a bite of each thing. lol

Did Chef say that people generally consumed their 9-course meal right up until midnight? Well, no wonder with that amount of food! LOL!
I’m a slow eater; so may we assume that the waiters accommodated people like me. And I’d definitely be full by the time the third course was finished…so would there be places to rest for an hour and then come back for the next three…with another hour’s rest in order to make it through the final three?
Hey, if I had enough money to travel first class, they’d be happy to accommodate my peculiar needs. Right?

P.S. The vid was so well done that I’m sending it to my email list just to make them all hungry in time for dinner (or as my Mum used to call it…supper).

Of course, by the time you were finished, the ice berg would have already hit the ship.

When he got to the Stilton cheese, I almost cried! I LOVE that stuff. DH says it tastes of old nasty feet! I said I wouldn’t know what old nasty feet taste like. He only loves his cheddar.

I’ve never had Stilton, but I love Gorgonzola.
