Witnesses reported seeing a number of casualties “covered in blood”, after an explosion on a busy commuter train at Parsons Green Underground station, near Fulham, southwest London during rush hour.
Several passengers suffered facial burns from the explosion. Others were injured as a “stampede” took place on the platform, with people being knocked over and injured, including children.
There were also two terror attacks in France today.
French police have one terror suspect in custody and are on a manhunt for another terror suspect after two separate attacks today.
In Paris, a knife-wielding man attacked police while shouting “Allah Akbar,” while in Burgundy a hammer-wielding man attacked two women in a park while shouting ISIS slogans.
Regarding the attack on police in Paris, the Daily Mail reports:
A knife wielding man has attacked a French soldier outside a Metro station in Paris today while praising Allah.
The attacker approached the soldier from behind and then lunged at him with the blade at Chatelet metro station at 6.30am this morning.
The victim managed to wrestle him to the ground and he was arrested by armed police as he shouted ISIS slogans.
The unidentified man is said to have rushed at a patrol of soldiers wearing combat uniforms and brandishing assault rifles.
‘He was restrained, and nobody was injured,’ said a source investigating the case on Friday morning.
The man was taken to the main Chateletpolice station, and now faces a range of terrorist charges.
While no one was hurt in that case, two women were injured in the attack in Burgundy:
Two women were injured on Friday by an attacker wielding a hammer and shouting Allahu Akbar in the eastern French town of Chalon-sur-Saone in Burgundy, local officials said.
The local prosecutor’s office said witnesses of the attack in a public park of the town center heard the attacker shout Allahu Akbar while hitting the women, who were taken to hospital but whose life is not in danger.
Prosecutors said they were treating the incident as a possible terror attack, but also did not rule out the possibility the attacker was deranged.
The attacker was still on the run on Friday afternoon, police said.
Meanwhile, idiotic media outlets, such as the Inquisitr, are using President Trump’s tweets regarding the terrorist attacks to insist that “Donald Trump wants to ban the internet to stop terrorism.” Here is the tweet in question:
