    Very important article/information, IMO:

What Is The Purpose of Islamic Centers/Mosques in America?

“…Finally, the Islamic Law of Sacred Space makes clear that when Muslims build mosques they are claiming ground for Islam.” [emphasis mine; nevertheless, it is true. Once part of the ummah, always part of the ummah…in their opinion]

I only have a few bottles of decent wine, but I’m set with my Jack and my private label beverage untaxed by the powers. Good to go as soon as I lay in more coffee beans! Hell with the milk, I’m headed to the finest little coffee shop ever, right in my home town.

Nah, it was thawed out by late afternoon. Today we have copious rainfall to be followed by wind, freezing rain, and snow. I find it hard to believe any will freeze, it’s supposed to be mid forties today, but the temps are dropping tonight, so maybe. Shouldn’t last long all, so as long as the wind doesn’t get the trees, I’m in good shape.

    The Drudge “Super Poll” is closed ;

    Trump 413,399 votes (36.05%)

    Sanders 340,387 votes (29.69%)

    Cruz 220,501 votes (19.33%)

    Bush 10,305 votes (0.9%)

    Clinton 10,096 votes (0.88%)

Interesting poll. At first I was surprised that so many voters would vote in a Drudge poll for Sanders. Then I realized that Sander’s supporters are mostly tech savvy and likely voting on multiple devices. Heck I could vote from 6 devices if I was so inclined.

Maybe Sanders did have that many independent voters, I doubt it. In fact I’m sure even some Trump voters voted multiple times. I believe the difference in the demographics of Sanders and Trump’s support base, leftists v traditionalists, and the general dishonesty and willingness to cheat demonstrated again and again by ideologue liberals who are the core of Sanders supporters make it likely that Sanders number can almost be cut in half as to unique voters.

That said. Cruz (who I am sure people voted multiple times for also) getting beat by Sanders in the Drudge poll is going to be red meat for many folks and also enhance the fact that Cruz has a major problem.

I included Bush and Clinton just for the chuckle. How embarrassing. Clinton can’t blame it on democrats not frequenting Drudge, not with the Sanders showing. There is always the vast rightwing conspiracy.

Bush all I can say is Good Gravy, he should just go do those cool things he was yammering on about and pull himself out of this embarrassing farce.

    Message from Senator Mike Lee:

January 22 is a bittersweet day in America.

On this day 43 years ago, the Supreme Court of the United States issued two unconscionable decisions in the cases of Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton that made abortion legal and available on demand across the country.

These decisions defied the spirit and the letter of the Constitution, invalidated 50 state laws, denied the truth about the dignity of all human life and the humanity of the unborn, and they ushered in the greatest human-rights scandal of our time – an abortion industry that has claimed the lives of more than 50 million of our brothers and sisters… and counting.

That is what happened on January 22, 1973.

But what took place exactly one year later was even more momentous.

On January 22, 1974 thousands of Americans rallied together on the steps of the Capitol building here in Washington, D.C. to celebrate life and to stand up for the truth about the unborn.

On that day the March for Life was born, and January 22 has never been the same. Every year since, on that same day, untold thousands of citizens gather in the nation’s capital on behalf of the most vulnerable among us. ‪#‎MarchForLife‬ ‪#‎WhyWeMarch‬

March for Life: Most underreported story since 1974, by the MSM.

A dozen activists in George W. Bush’s ditch in Crawford, TX get wall-to-wall coverage.

A million people don’t. Our MSM know their priorities.

Right on cue — serendipitous even — from SD’s latest post:

Cold Anger does not need to go to violence. For those who carry it, no conversation is needed. You cannot poll or measure it; and even those who carry it avoid discussion; and that decision has nothing whatsoever to do with any form of correctness.

Cold Anger is not hatred, it is far more purposeful. Cold Anger absorbs betrayal silently, often prudently. Cold Anger is not driven to act in spite of itself; it drives a reckoning.

Let the fun commence. I’m NE of Atlanta (around the Winder area) and we briefly had some sleet around 3:00pm. We are expecting snow around 7:00pm. But we have had non-stop rain for almost 24hrs and we are very wet. The freezing temps will make it nasty on the roads.

Sister-cop starts work at 6:00pm tonight. Her dept ordered new uniforms but the long sleeved shirts have not arrived. She’s wearing short sleeves. Hopefully all the fools will stay home and it will be a quiet night.

Feel like I should be doing something. But I’m a prepper and have my supplies sans an ice scraper; gave mine to sister cop since hers is somewhere in her squad car trunk underneath things like the rifle and riot gear

It’s only winter. The media hypes this up so much you would think this was the beginning of an ice age.

Trump just tweeted this nugget 😀

National Review just handed Donald Trump the Election

    http://republicannewswatch.com/wp/?p=13982

National Review’s publication of the collective anti-Donald Trump missives from 22 self-appointed conservative potentates has caused quite a stir in Republican circles.

The nationwide responses range from, “Wait, I thought National Review went out of business years ago,” to “Ed Meese? Seriously?”

The Gang of 22 have officially become parodies of themselves. One would have to reach back to the days of Richard Nixon and Spiro Agnew to lift an adequate quote to describe them.

“Nattering nabobs of negativism,” “vicars of vacillation,” “pusillanimous pussyfooters,” “the decadent few,” “ideological eunuchs,” “the effete corps of impudent snobs,” or “the hopeless, hysterical hypochondriacs of history” – take your pick, because they all apply about equally well to each and every one of them.

I find that funny because when I posted about their hit job on FB, I saw similar comments. The youngsters were asking what National Review was and the old folks were saying they didn’t even know they still existed.
