As a ranking member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Senator Diane Feinstein spoke with Andrea Mitchell on Monday about her concerns regarding ISIL:

“I read the intelligence faithfully. ISIL is not contained. ISIL is expanding.”

 
“They just put out a video saying it is their intent to attack this country. I think we have to be prepared.”

ISIL (or ISIS) released a video on Monday threatening to attack Washington DC if the United States hits ISIS in response to the Paris attacks.
