There were no victims. There was no fraud. The lenders were free to evaluate the property in question, and the loans were repaid with interest.

Do not forget, prior to this trial, the judge declared the guilt of the accused before hearing the case, does not let the accused speak to defend themselves, and subjects them to civil penalties if they do speak outside of the court.
