I am not a bona fide political analyst and don’t pretend to be, but I am alarmed by what I see happening in Poland, and I wonder if something like that could happen here in the United States.

It appears that the sovereign state of Poland is under attack by agents of the European Union, who want Poland to give up their national sovereignty, borders and currency to the governance of the EU. Donald Tusk is their agent.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk is a globalist, President Karol Nawrocki is a nationalist. The constitutional judiciary, similar to the United States Supreme Court, has more nationalist judges than globalist judges – including the court president Bogdan Swieczkowski (like the SCOTUS Chief Justice).

Tusk waited until Nawrocki left the country, then, assisted by judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, declared that the court President, Bogdan Swieczkowski was no longer valid and that judge Korwin-Piotrowska was replacing him.

When he was informed of what was happening, President Nawrocki  turned his plane around and returned to Warsaw so that he could stop the judicial overthrow. It is reported that Tusk ordered that Nawrocki’s plane not be allowed to land, but that the pilots ignored the order.

All persons participating in these actions are committing the crime of a coup d’état.”

At the center of the dispute is the appointment of a new judge to the tribunal, Maciej Berek, who was elected for the position by the left-controlled lower chamber of parliament. …

Beata Szydlo, a PiS-aligned member of the European Parliament, posted a video of the situation to social media on Friday night — calling it a “violation of all democratic principles.”

“Shocking scenes in Poland. Police, dispatched by the Tusk government, have forced their way into the independent Constitutional Tribunal. Security personnel guarding the building and the Tribunal’s documents have been removed,” she wrote on social media. “The Vice-President of the Tribunal is being denied entry to the premises.”
