The Real Way Burritos Are Made in Mexico

This is fun! A little extra for Taco Tuesday. These two fellows are in Chicago which – in case you didn’t know – has a large Mexican population.

When my older grandson was little, his daycare lady was from Mexico, and he learned a lot of Spanish. He also attended a Spanish immersion preschool. His Spanish language skills were great – when he was 6!

I had a pork stew burrito that I got at a small stand in a local Chicago mall. Really good.
