    Good mornin’, and happy Monday! My days are all messed up right now, so I hope this works out. Found this old vintage coffee maker and I have no idea how the thing works, but it looks really cool. Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee.

    Mornin’ All. Boy, what a change! Yesterday started out as usual, but by the time I got back from Church, the air was thick with smoke and it got worse. Then, later in the afternoon a cool breeze came through a few times and the smoke finally started blowing away. It got into the high 40’s last night and is 60* now. I put on a sleeveless shirt when I took Loki out and got chilled. Had to change into a warmer shirt. What a relief. The weather guessers say they think there is a chance for rain today or tomorrow. I think it must have rained last night a little.

    The number of fires burning across the U.S. is stunning. I don’t know if it is this way every year. I usually only pay attention to Cal. and Fl. The one that gave us so much smoke yesterday was actually East of us. They must have put it out. I hope so.
