      Good mornin’, czarina. Quite a busy day, it looks like. I’ll go with the glasses, since I’ve worn them for nearly 60 years, and then I’ll head outside.

      Good Morning, Czarina,

      I don’t have a Yo-Yo to play outside with, so I might might make a wire loop and some “bubble soap”, and make it a bubbly day!

      National Applesauce Cake Day, would be nice, too. It’s simple to make and only takes pantry ingredients.

      Quite a list today!

      Gracious, that is a long list. Good to see National Play Outside day on it. It is so good for children to spend time outside. I am glad my grandchildren have a good, safe place to play.

      National D-Day. I had a friend whose father survived this.

      I am not so sure about higher education. I have completely lost faith in it.

      I have worn glasses since I was 10, except for a while when I wore contact lenses, which didn’t work out so well since I had allergies.

      Used to love drive-ins.

      A definite “yum” on applesauce cake.

      Trails, black bears, and prairies.
