Avoid the crowds at these awesome alternatives to popular vacation spots like Savannah, Nashville, Orlando, and more.

When we say “Southern vacation,” what cities immediately jump to mind? Maybe New Orleans to dive into a bowl of gumbo, Louisville to cheer yourself hoarse during a horse race, or Orlando for the thrill of the coasters?

Good mornin’, Lucille. We went on many family vacations when I was a kid and if we weren’t going to MN to see my Dad’s family, nearly every one was somewhere south of the cornfields of IN.

Good morning, Texan! Our family, being West Coasters, usually visited sites in California or in Arizona where one of our granduncles lived. I remember we used to sneak our little Boston Terrier into the motel rooms.
Later on we visited Canada where my sister and family had homes.

Good mornin’, and happy hump day! Computer problems slowed down the coffee delivery this morning. Found another water tower pot. Calling this the Marco Rubio tower as it obviously does more than one job. Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee.

Looks to me, Texan, that someone is trying to complicate-up our coffee time and making us fight through a maze. Well, phooey on that!
Here’s a zippy mug for your whole-day brew….

That is fabulous! The Palisades fire alone should be a reason to put the present mayor in prison, though she got some help in burning down the beautiful area….

I linked this because she discusses what is going on in Michigan which is alarming and we need to pay attention to what is happening. She is a bit crusty in her speech, so just a warning. I actually follow her because of some of what she covers. This is ST TALKS. And, boy does she!
