National Bunsen Burner Day – can’t remember every using one of these
National Crayon Day – don’t think I have any in the house anymore
National Tater Day – funny, I was already planning a baked potato for dinner today
National Clams on the Half Shell Day – never had these. NO has oysters instead
National Prom Day – my senior prom dress was hot pink with an organza overskirt. My best friend’s was chartreuse chiffon. We sewed both of them. It was 1967.

I still have crayons around for the grandchildren. I plan to have home home fries for breakfast.
I went to Prom, I guess they were all Prom, three times. My mother found one dress at Goodwill, borrowed one from a friend, and bought one from a friend. I was thrilled with them all.

I went to prom twice. The first time I borrowed a dress from my cousin. The second (my senior year) my mother made a full length pink silk dress for me.
