Stellars…it’s Tuesday, March 3 and on this day in history, the following happened (among dozens of other examples)….

1837 US President Andrew Jackson & Congress recognize the Republic of Texas.

1845 Florida becomes 27th state of the Union.

1855 US Congress approves $30,000 to test camels for military use. The U.S. Camel Corps (1856-1865) had 70 camels used during westward migration and for long-range patrols. When the Army didn’t find them particularly useful, the camels were sold off or set free. There were reported camel sightings until the 1940s.

This is the only known surviving photo (1863) and was taken at Drum Barracks, San Pedro, California. You can see the camel just left of center.

1863 Idaho Territory incorporated from parts of area split from Dakota, Nebraska, and Washington territories; now consists of states of Idaho. Montana, and most of Wyoming.

1931 “The Star-Spangled Banner” officially becomes the US national anthem by congressional resolution; lyrics by Francis Scott Key in 1814 are set to John Stafford Smith’s 18th-century tune “The Anacreontic Song.”

1989 Robert McFarlane gets a $20,000 fine and two years probation for pleading guilty to withholding information from Congress in the Iran-Contra illegal arms-for-hostages scandal.

Thank you for remembering our service!

Don’t tell God who big your problems are, tell your problems how big God is.

Good morning everyone, hope your week is going well.

Good mornin’, and happy Tuesday. Keep our soldiers in our prayers. It’s also Primary day here in TX. I found another hand-painted pot for our theme of the day. Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee.

Just saw this on FB. Haven’t confirmed it yet, but if true, it’s genius level trolling –

“THE ULTIMATE CLOAK”: ICE Deploys Undercover Subaru Outbacks to Catch Offenders Off Guard 🕵️‍♂️💨

In a move that’s being called a “tactical masterstroke,” reports and viral footage are surfacing of ICE using undercover Subaru Outbacks for enforcement operations. It’s the ultimate “hiding in plain sight” strategy—using the vehicle most associated with the very activists who oppose the mission.

The logic behind the move is simple but effective: nobody expects a federal agent to roll up in a car typically found at a farmer’s market or a “No Kings” protest.

While traditional law enforcement uses the “obvious” black Tahoes or Chargers, these Outbacks allow agents to blend into suburban neighborhoods and “Sanctuary” zones without raising a single red flag.

Footage of a “Low Profile” Outback making an arrest has sent social media into a frenzy. As one bystander put it: “Undercover, man! I’ve never seen that!”

By using a vehicle synonymous with the “Leftist” lifestyle, ICE is effectively neutralizing the “scout” networks that try to tip off illegal residents to incoming raids. 😀 😀 😀

I had a rough time giving her a second chance years ago after the Presidential debate. Yeah, I hold a grudge. But in 68 years I’ve learned tigers almost never change their stripes, and if they do, the reason isn’t good (Tucker). Trust is an issue for me, personally, and nationally. Unfortunately, I think it’s evident that few who break your trust are doing that once due to regrettable human error, and won’t again.

I sure would like to see Megan, Tucker, and Candace become irrelevant and go away. But unfortunately, people have a taste for trash. They are the National Enquirer of the internet.

The Jew hatred is something I really don’t understand. And she is just stupid if she can’t see that Iran was a direct and growing threat to the United States, the “Great Satan”. I suppose her Jew hatred gets in the way of common sense.

Boy does President Trump live up to this. He uses his talents and abilities about 200%. The man just seems to not see limits.

Good day to you, Czarina! I’d love to have some cold cuts but they are on the “no-go” list along with mulled wine, most soups and pancakes from mixes that contain sodium. I definitely ate something yesterday evening that made me mucho sick early this morning. I felt myself blacking out…scary, for sure…and almost called the paramedics…likely my low blood pressure having a go at putting me on the floor. I’m still a bit shaky right now and leery of eating anything. Thank God for His mercy!
