I love banana cream pie. Wish I had some now. I try to recycle what I can and have some more things to get rid of right now. I read a lot of Dr. Suess books to my son. Some over and over again until I was almost sick of them. His kids like them, too.

Stella, I studied the biscuit recipe you posted and tried to do it. Just for transparency, I do not have a lot of patience and I wasn’t sure how well I would do. However, I may have fudged on some of the steps, but these turned out really well. They were much lighter and fluffier than usual. I was quite pleased.

Oh, and I think not using a biscuit cutter made a difference. I used a sharp knife at an angle, sort of like she did.
