Good mornin’, and happy Friday eve. Isn’t it fun watching our President do what everyone says that he just can’t do? I voted for that. One of our old favorites in the stainless version. Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee.

Yay, my fave! Morning T, and thank you so much. Fun is not a good enough word. Oh man, I wish I could just see film of that Davos crowd getting spanked on the world stage! And that pig Gore reduced to being a simple heckler! Newsom beclowned. Again. Oh my, yesterday kept me chuckling.
This time President Trump did such a great job choosing his cabinet. Except Bondi. She’s, well I don’t know why or how or what she is in that administration, but it is not good.

Good mornin’, Miss Wee! After this photo shoot, Twinkle-toes couldn’t get past the bouncers at the cool kids party last night, either!

Good mornin’, Menage! There seems to be a bit of a different vibe this year, for sure. It seems that the Cabinet was loaded for bear this time! Lutnick and Bessent both unloaded. I would agree that other than Bondi, he far exceeded expectations.

Morning Menage! That’s a great assessment of yesterday’s goings on. I agree about Bondi. I don’t know what’s going on with her.

Yes’m. Momma’s going into town this morning to get anything BUT eggs, milk or TP. Because we live in the country and we have a little bit of common sense left in our hillbilly brains! Y’all be safe out your way.

Yes. I bought a number of things, but didn’t need the basics. Our problem is cooking and heat, but we’ve got the emergency plan going. And I am not even joking when I say coffee is front and center. Told my husband he better grind a bunch of beans!

Good afternoon, Miss Stella! We’re getting ready for some of your COLD weather down this way. Hopefully not until late tomorrow, but I’m in no hurry!

Hey T, have you seen this?

I have. I love this kid’s story. His family story. He seems like he’s really grounded….and a bit of a momma’s boy! I like that last part a lot. 😉

I guess this is a real thing. I have experienced 20 degrees below zero, but I have never seen an exploding tree.
I think the funniest thing is the iguanas falling out of trees in south Florida (the iguanas would disagree, I’m sure).

Yes, that is so hard to believe…………but it is true.

I lived up north for a minute or two and never once did I hear about this thing. Must be related to glo-bull warming. 😀 😀 😀

Mornin’ All. It is in the high 20’s right now, but by tomorrow should be down almost to 10* in the early morning hours. I am surprised to see it so cold and such bad weather over such a big segment of the country and pretty tame up here now. Well, I hope everyone stays safe and doesn’t lose power, or if they do, let it be only for a short period.

Mornin’ mom! Stay warm, if you can.

No problem. I just have to remember my mother’s words, “Put on some clothes!”
Speaking of cold, I guess I should put on some socks because I notice my feet are cold. LOL

Winter wonder land all around. Mostly it’s “I wonder what winter weather will land in our area?”

Very. The way it should be done here. But, it makes me wonder about all those Africans, etc. who because illegal aliens there and how they handled them.

When I lived in Tennessee, I went to a chiropractor whose office was in a valley, but lived up on the mountain. She had only lived there a year or so. A terrible snowstorm hit suddenly and she was worried that she couldn’t get in touch with her patients who had appointments the next day because phone access was out on the mountain. Her husband told her not to worry about it because none of them would show up anyway because they knew she lived on the mountain and couldn’t get down. Sure enough, when she called to apologize they all said they didn’t come because they knew she wouldn’t be able to.
People who were brought up in that area know what to expect. And, there are very few snowplows.
