To really make this work, there will have to be major legislation repealing and replacing obamacare. The way most individual health insurance works is that it is governed by each state’s Insurance Department. Every state has different coverage rules and mandates, so you need to work with 50 different entities to try and get some consistency.

To really make this work, every member the judicial, executive, and legislative branches of government, both state and federal, need to be on the exact same medical plans as are made available to their constituents.
