Stellars….This Thankful Thursday we are visiting Splugen, Switzerland. Founded (perhaps) in 1200 AD, it had a prior life as an ancient Roman pass-thru (but then what wasn’t in Roman times)….

    Hinterheim River, Splugen Pass…

Splügen in the Winter: Beautiful Places in Switzerland…

    Have a beautiful day!

Hopefully, prayerfully by the time I get up in the morning, we’ll have a whole lot of info on what’s going on with our military surrounding Iran by air and sea. You might check in with https://www.youtube.com/@TousiTV and see if Mayhar Tousi has anything streaming LIVE. When they signed off several hours ago, there was much air activity.

According to my pal who heavily follows such things, we have hundreds of aircraft at the ready all over the Middle East with their transponders off (I haven’t a clue how he can tell that). He said transponders operate on specific radio frequencies and show the altitude and identity of each aircraft.

What a day it was! Wouldn’t it be fabulous if by Thursday morning in the U.S., Iran was free! Wow!

God bless America and her allies assisting in this mission!

Good mornin’, and happy Friday eve. I wonder if there will be any air traffic over Tehran in the next 24 hours? This big one is located in Winston-Salem, NC. Looks like it should hold enough for us! Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee.

Good one T. We are cold, cold, cold. Thanks and good morning. I predict that this will need to be a soup supper day. Or maybe chili. Yeah, chili would be awesome. Warm us right up. And I could make it Texas style if I want to keep the carbs down. However, I do believe that might cause a riot here.

Good mornin’, Menage! It’s a bit nippy here as well, but a skoosh above freezing. Chili sounds good. Don’t tell Mrs. T, but I can eat Texas chili, or Yankee chili without having an an aneurysm, so I’m good however you make it. Grab some coffee, ma’am.

    National Hat Day

    Nati9nal Bagel Day

    National Strawberry Ice cream Day

National Booch Day – Kombucha is lightly effervescent fermented beverage with a bold, invigorating taste. With flavor options from sweet to tart, KeVita Master Brew Kombucha pairs well with any meal and has billions of live probiotics in every bottle. I’m not interested.

Good mornin’, czarina! I am definitely behind the first three on the list. Never had the last one. Grab some coffee, ma’am.

I really love summer straw hats with big brims that protect you from the sun, not so much winter hats that fit tight and keep your head warm. And, I really like bagels and strawberry ice cream.

Good kombucha is awesome! I used to make it, now I have a lady I’m buying it from, along with kefir, yogurt, sour cream, and fermented vegetables. She makes the best pickles I’ve ever had, and numerous people I’ve gifted them to say the same. Sure am lucky to have found her, making and managing those ferments is work!

Good for your gut, BP, and lots of other stuff. Researchers are finding out so many health problems can be fixed with healthy bacteria.

You have both good and bad bacteria inside and outside your body. Really bad things happen when the bad bacteria gets out of control.

Had this happen to me recently. I had a bad infection and had to be on intravenous antibiotics for 3 days. It had horrible repercussions and took me weeks to get over, and practically living in fermented food jars was the medicine.

Good day, Czarina! YES to hats…many sheriff departments wear cowboy hats…Bedford County, Virginia, for instance…

When I first moved to L.A. in 1963, hats and gloves were still worn to church and when out shopping. I had some wonderfully made hats bought both at hat shops and the department stores, and have retained one off-white bowler-type with black veil as a memento. I’m still buying hats for the various Panhandle seasons.

Strawberry ice cream and bakery bagels are always on the list, but Kombucha is off the CKD diet.

Mornin’ Czarina! I totally agree with Tex on choosing the first three. I’ve never tried kombucha though I have heard many people say it’s very good for health. Just the same, I’ll pass!

I always wondered why people wanted to work in the non-profit space. It didn’t pay all that well until a few years ago, and now we know why.

Me too! We’re on lunch break, I’m trying to read from my phone, and not doing well with typing! Be glad to get home out of the cold. I honestly with it’d snow enough to have them cancel school tomorrow!

I saw Gov. Walz speaking this morning. He looks like he has lost weight. He must be scared to death which he should be.
