    Stellars….

“Boxing Day is an an official bank holiday in Britain, Canada, New Zealand and most of Australia. While boxes aren’t typically given to the poor anymore…

…it’s not unusual for service employees to get bonuses around this time of year, says Britannica.

“It’s typical for families to invite others over to enjoy a casual lunch made from Christmas Day leftovers. Many will also head out to stores to shop post-Christmas sales or make exchanges and returns.

“Traditionally, sporting events include horse races, fox hunting, and rugby, according to Britannica. Fox hunting was later modified or banned altogether, with football matches taking its place. Other popular sporting events include ice hockey in Canada…

Boxing Day in Porthcawl, Wales means you take a stroll in the freezing surf…

The young boy and girl are in foster care and saw their older brother after two years of not living together.  Note how before the little boy jumps into his meal, he politely thanks the person who bought them this fast food treat…

Good mornin’, and happy Friday! I hope everyone had a wonderful day yesterday with friends and family. Here’s another old beauty that we haven’t seen in a while. Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee.

Afternoon All. It has been raining all night here and is in the mid 30’s, so no snow even though it is forecast through tomorrow. So, right now it is icky and overcast.

Hope you all enjoyed your Christmas Day. We went to a Christmas Day service at the church and it was so nice. It was mostly singing. I heard my two yr old grandson singing along with the last song. He doesn’t know the words but he makes sounds like the words and his last song was really loud. My son said he had sung with every song. It seems he can carry a tune. Amazing.

Stay safe and enjoy the day.
