Good morning everyone. I’m wishing I had long underwear today. My husband has this hideous neon orange hunting toboggan. But it’s made of a knit that’s at least an inch thick. I may be wearing that thing 24 hours a day for a few days.

I’ve been a little more into it this year, for some reason. I do love Christmas, always have, but it’s easy to get too pressured and jaded by the unimportant stuff.
I use the Hallow and Ascension Press apps and find their daily Advent programs help me focus on what really matters.

Texan, this type of coffee maker is meant to be used for special occasions like the Stellar Coffee Klatch or perhaps a big anniversary bash or a wedding for which the host wishes a presentation of an exceptional quality of coffee bean brew…with out-of-the-ordinary mugs, of course….

Afternoon All. Got up to thick frost on the ground this morning, so it had to be down in the low 30’s last night. It is pushing 40* and may get up to 43* but no snow forecast for the foreseeable future.
It seems like Christmas is coming on a lot faster than usual. Or, maybe there are just more things to be involved in.
Merry Christmas and enjoy the day and lot of warm coffee and cocoa.

Enjoying Lucille’s decorations and holiday destinations.
Will listen to the music a bit. Tex’s coffeepot still has coffee. Taking winter fashion tips from Wee and Czarina, but not from Medusa. She’s hard on the eyes.
Aus seems to be getting all the warmth so far, and no snow.
A little caution on gift giving:
Dawson and his wife, Jennifer, had been debating buying a
vehicle for weeks. He wanted a truck. She wanted a fast
little sports-like car so she could zip through traffic
around town. He would probably have settled on any beat up
old truck, but everything she seemed to like was way out of
their price range.
“Look!” she said. “I want something that goes from 0 to 200
in just a few seconds. Nothing else will do. Christmas is
coming up so surprise me!”
Dawson did just that. For Christmas, he bought her a
brand new bathroom scale.
Nobody has seen or heard from him since.
