    I’ll see everyone next week as I’m going on vacation with my family tomorrow. Wish it were here….

    Atrani, Campania, Italy…

    “Tucked between two cliffs overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, the village of Atrani is the Amalfi Coast’s best-kept secret. It’s often bypassed en route to the larger and more famous towns of Amalfi, Positano, and Sorrento, and this is a good thing—you’ll almost always have its beautiful churches, piazzas and charming trattorias (the fresh seafood and smoked mozzarella at A’Paranza is to-die-for) all to yourself. Added bonus: It’s an easy 30-minute stroll from Amalfi.

    Where to stay: Hotel Luna Convento is housed in, you guessed it, a former monastery. (The Italians sure do love their convents-turned-hotels.) It’s situated on a parcel of land that juts out into the sea, on a spot equidistant from both Amalfi and Atrani. Because why not do both?

    Good mornin’ and happy Wednesday. I can’t wait to hear the “news” people caterwauling about POTUS hanging out with the royals, and I’m not talking in Kansas City. Here’s a fancy steampunk coffee-making machine this morning. Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee.

    Drove past 3 smoke shops, 4 liquor stores, and 8 fast food joints on my way to pick up illegal raw milk because the government really cares about our health

    I am sure the founding fathers never could have even dreamed about the President of the United States visiting Great Britain and getting given the Royal treatment and having the National Anthem played several times.

      This visit compared to President Trump’s first visit to Great Britain is markedly upgraded! They may not like him, but they respect him.

      Just heard on Sky News that POTUS and FLOTUS will be having lunch, tea, and dinner at Windsor with the King and Queen and . . . they are staying the night in the castle!

      I’m glad that they are using Windsor for this visit. It is better security, and so beautiful.

      POTUS and FLOTUS will pay their respects at the grave of Queen Elizabeth this afternoon.

      ADD: POTUS will be meeting tomorrow at Chequers (the private residence of Winston Churchill) with the Prime Minister.
