Good mornin’, and happy Friday, all. It’s been quite a week and I thought I would just get the combo working this morning. Somebody add some gravy and a few biscuits and we’re set. Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee.

Well T, I tried to save a new picture, gravy and biscuits only, but postimages says down for maintenance. So, we get the works from an old one I had. My husband says I owe him a plate of biscuits and gravy for the work he did yesterday.
I ordered some patio furniture on clearance. Dumb us, we never thought about assembly. A five piece patio set came in a box approximately a 3’ cube. No way, we say. He kept saying I’d bought kids furniture. Guess what? It turned out really great. Also had to take apart the air fryer, because it was making funny sounds. Anyhow, apparently he’s convinced himself because he’s sitting across from me right now with a growly stomach!

I did offer to help him, but it was rejected immediately. He estimated it would take him 2 hours to assemble the furniture, 4 if I helped. 😀

LOL. When we built our house, I put all the kitchen cabinets together with only minimal help from my husband and son. I also had my student help me and she got so much self esteem from doing it. She was really proud.

Also, another difference between the sexes. When it was all put together and in place, I commented how pleased I was that the color of the new set looks so good with the color of the house, and the cushions on our swing. He, looking baffled, says “okay.”
I commented that he really didn’t care, and he says “nope.”
Men. How can color not matter!!!
