Good morning to you, Miz Wee. I’m up really early. It’s just after 6:00 AM. I needed to get some water and found that my dearest boy, Gee, had passed away in the living room. He was almost 13. I first saw him in 2013 as a feral cat that had come onto my porch when I lived in Vancouver. He’d been ailing in recent days. Bless his precious little heart. Gone too soon.

Oh, Lucille,
He surely came to the right porch! How much better his life was because he did, and met you.
You gave him what he needed most; a home and love.
I hope you find some comfort in that.
So sorry,
Reflection

I lost my last cat at age 13, and that is exactly what my vet told me. He was a feral, and I took him into my home.

Good morning Lucille, and all Sunday Stellars,
In keeping with the “look for the helpers” theme inspired by Czarina.
This is from January this year.

Note the manly compliment given at the end for a truly courageous act.

Good mornin’, Miss Wee! I actually watched that hook ’em game and I think there may have been a few optimists when the pre-season poll went out. That score was more like a Big 10 score from 1952 when everything was 3 yards and a cloud of dust football. Coffee’s ready ma’am.

Good mornin’, and happy Sunday, y’all! Thank goodness that POTUS is still with us, Nick Saban didn’t do a press conference yesterday, and we now have coffee! Sorry about the technical difficulties, but we’re ready to rock. Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee!

National Diatomaceous Earth Day – Most people know of diatomaceous earth because they use it around their homes. Sometimes they use it as a filter for swimming pools or as a natural insecticide. Biologists understand diatoms, single-celled plants. They form diatomaceous earth and are indeed the lungs of the earth. Amazingly, diatoms produce about ¾ of the world’s new oxygen supply.
