Good mornin’, and happy Monday, y’all! Who’s mind will snap this week. Last week it was the former head of the FBI and a know-it-all walrus. I found a really sharp built-in to make our coffee this morning. Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee.

Thanks Wee, this was definitely one of those! Didn’t sleep well, then had do a no morning coffee Monday. I took one of those SS mugs with me that keeps the stuff hot for two days. Got back in the car and snorted it like cocaine.

          Menagerie, good afternoon.

          😬(??) On the coffee snorting.

Bet that really cleared your sinuses. (Although I think I’m running into a figure of speech, here.)

With that and WeeWeed’s IV of French Roast, you should be feeling better by now.

Hope your tests come back better than you expect.

Have to hire in tradesmen to cut a piece out of the wall, put in a water line and electricity and install the machine…

Trouble is, when it quits working or needs to be fixed, you have a hole in the wall. If you can’t find another model just like it, you have to patch it up. I love the look of built in everything, but as a person who has a lot of experience selling all kinds of building materials, cabinets, appliances, fixtures, etc., I have found that often ends poorly.

If the gubmint is concerned about vaccination rates falling, I wonder if anyone will take a look in the mirror.

As I’ve said before, it sure changed my mind. And it really is a problem, because I am an old woman, I’m not nearly as exposed to people as I used to be, and refusing to take an annual flu shot or the pneumonia vaccine probably won’t matter at all. I sure would hate to have to be a young parent these days, trying to pick through what my child needs versus what is dangerous, deadly even, or just too much at one time. For example, the <powerful, ugly expletives here> hepatitis vaccine for tiny babies. My pharmacist just told me she refused to let them give her daughter, born last year, that in the hospital, when she was born. She also said she’s refusing many of them. Tough choices, and doctors are untrustworthy to help us now, most of them.

    National Park Service Founders’ Day

National Second Hand Wardrobe Day – I’ve known people who wear these exclusively, and were very well dressed

Well, it took about 3 weeks or so of me dipping back into the Facebook cesspool to gets called, and I quote, a MAGA cultist from a former friend. I don’t post political stuff now, I just commented on an article she posted from some woman who is rabid in her anti Trump crap. Pointed out that two paragraphs were stated as facts, copied them in the comment, but were actually opinion with no supporting facts presented.

Apparently to do such a thing makes you a MAGA cultist. They did not tell me that to look for facts, use logic, and point out fallacies would make me a cultist when I took logic class in college back in the 80s.
