Miss Stella’s concerns about the need for bringing back asylums for the homeless and mentally ill have reached into the headlines.
President Trump has determined that something needs to be done in DC to evacuate the homeless and to decrease the criminal element in the city. Placement for the homeless and incarceration for criminals starting at age 14.
There is an outcry that the statistics for crime are going down in DC. The truth appears to be that the statistics are being manipulated.
