Afternoon All. It finally rained and we had a t-storm ( I wasn’t impressed) about 2:00. It was hot last night and I couldn’t sleep. I had to get up and watch an old Perry Mason show before I could go to sleep so I got up really late this morning. I said I wouldn’t complain, but it is hard not to. Hope this storm doesn’t travel on to where you are and make things worse.

Well, I really shouldn’t complain because I know this won’t go too long. But, it finally got me last night. I think the temp was the same, but because the storm was coming in, the humidity went up. It was pouring rain in the early morning hours, but this morning you couldn’t tell it had rained. I think that is because it is so dry here it just evaporates. At least I have a lot of experience in trying to stay cool and so shouldn’t overheat. I had an ice pack on my back, which was hurting, last night and then moved it to my chest as it warmed a little. That helped cool me off.
