Oh, the Bee has outdone herself on this one. On X we have the MAGA wars. On the one side, the conspiracies have reached new heights, tin foil supplies are low, outrage is high. On the other, we have some MAGA pretzels who now say there never was a list and again, “trust the plan!” How dare anyone doubt even a janitor in the administration, they say.

While I don’t doubt there may be destruction of evidence on a massive scale, I also don’t doubt there was and is evidence keeping the guilty in the web and the greedy, attention seeking and power hungry, looking at you Bondi, on the script.

In summation, I did not relinquish my thinking rights when I became a part of the coalition electing President Trump. I still support him, see all the good, and some bad things too. Bless your little pea pick in’ heart if you want me to become a part of the Borg.

National Anti-Boredom Month – I never have time to contemplate boredom!

National Dimples Day – did you know you can get dimples made surgically, in case you don’t have them and want some.

National Sugar Cookie Day – make enough for everyone!

Do you guys have a Home Goods store near you? I’ve always liked to browse them, but rarely ever do because people! Recently I had to kill some time before picking up a grandchild nearby and stopped in.

I was able to replace almost all my old and in terrible shape baking pans with new ones, heavy, good quality, for a little over $30. Of course, that was just two round pans, a square one, and a rectangle, I don’t keep a lot of them now. Need a basic amount for the holidays.

I know I keep going on about my little mini cocotte pots I fell in love with. They had quart sized ones. I have decided to try pot bread in them, casseroles, etc. More egg dishes. After cussing myself for not getting them, I went back and got two. $14. New experiments on the way! I just find these little guys to be so versatile, and a quart size will easily give me enough food for two people.

Anyhow, to get to the point, if you need dishes, pots or pans, etc, they are a good source with usually very good prices. Also have stuff like comforters, towels, etc.

I used to love to go to Home Goods. The only problem was it made me want so many things in the store. They have such beautiful things.

      Good evening all,

Thanks for the tip on the baking pans, Menagerie. Since it’s not high baking season, they may still have some in stock.

Another good thing that may soon be in your neighborhood. (With a hat tip to WeeWeed’s enthusiasm.

they just opened the long anticipated one near Pass Christian on the I-10. They built a new overpass and special entrance and exit ramps. Going there is an event.

Close parentheses. Use a comma instead of a quote.

I agree with Wee, it’s been a month of a week.

Mornin’ All. It got really warm and a little humid last evening and we didn’t get the breeze we usually get after dark. It is very comfortable this morning but will probably warm up more this afternoon. Right now it is a little cloudy.

Hope you all have a nice day.
