Just watched a video of a middle eastern looking man driving a truck in a truck stop and hitting the curb around the pumps, I think. Hard to see what he hit. Anyhow, this American is watching, showing him what he did. Ruined a couple of his tires and bend the rims. Don’t want to post the tweet, it’s full of some salty language. But the trucker who posted it said they call them Turban Suburbans, so they must be a thing.

I noticed this because yesterday my son was telling me that as he was leaving the truck stop one of them in their traditional headdress goes to the exit of the stop on the entrance side of it, thinking he’s going to get out ahead of the four trucks in line exiting the truck stop. So all four of them go out nose to tail, leaving him sitting there blocking the entrance.

I knew we had inexperienced, dangerous Mexicans who can’t read road signs driving the rigs. I guess it makes sense that we also have the rest of the world to worry about.

American jobs for American people. Enforce immigration laws, and hold companies accountable for that, and safety and quality standards.

And the latest down here.. ( the post says it happened in Austin – no – he was EMPLOYED by an LLC located in Austin.)

My team and I are launching an investigation into this matter.

The previous administration ensured that permits and CDLs were issued to non-citizens. Sean Duffy launched an investigation and acknowledged my reporting on the tragic accident in Austin, which claimed multiple lives, including an infant, and was caused by an undocumented individual. The individual in Austin was employed by an LLC, and it was discovered that nearly a dozen other transportation LLCs were operating from the same address. This suggests a coordinated operation likely concealing the hiring of undocumented drivers.

From what I have found so far, the person responsible for yesterday’s crash did not speak English. I will release a full statement when more information is available.

The wreck actually happened in the Terrell/Kaufman area.

Mornin’ All. Bright and sunny out and slightly coolish. I have locks on all my windows so I can leave them open at night and it is working really well to keep my apartment cool during the day. So, so far so good. I was told I will need an air conditioner, but I think I can muddle through without one.

Hope you all are safe and comfortable.

Mornin’ mom! What type of locks do you have on your windows?

I couldn’t get the picture to post, but I ordered the locks from Walmart. It was 4 or $11. It is a small lock that you can put on the slide for the window. They are pretty common, except usually it is a screw that locks them in. This needs a key and has two screws that lock it to the window slide so someone can’t reach in and unscrew it. Oh, and my windows slide left. I put the key on the other end of the window so it is handy but can’t be reached from the opening.
