      Awwwww. My friend had a dog and then brought a cat that she adopted from a friend who died. The cat instantly fell in love with the dog. He even went with them when they took a walk. The cat would come in the house and go rub all over the dog, who was pretty neutral about the whole thing and would just sit there with an expression like, “are you done yet?” The cat mourned when the dog died and would go sleep in her bed even though he never had before.
