    Good morning, Lucille,

It’s interesting to observe the enhanced saturation of the first two photos, as compared to the second two. Digital cameras have made that so easy.

It isn’t natural but the second photo has its own appeal, almost as if one were observing a painting. It’s nature and art combined.

The photo of Calloway gardens is the sublime palette of nature.

Good morning, Reflection! AI is used a lot in online photos. I really prefer as natural as possible. Over the years photographers have taken advantage of technology. Ansel Adams, for one.

Good mornin’, and happy Friday, y’all! Another busy week by those trying to fix things for us. A big, beautiful trade bill for one. More libbo’s continuing their public meltdowns. Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee!

Mornin’ all ya’all! We had lots of rain on Wednesday, beautiful day yesterday, lots of rain predicted for today and tomorrow. Cool with a slight breeze. Predicted to be near 90 by the end of the week, tho.

As for the violin above, having taken 6 weeks of viola training in seventh grade I am pretty sure it will not make the kind of sound fancy musicians desire.

Driving over to pick up the GGS today, for the last time. He will graduate from HS in two weeks and be sworn into the Marines on the 27 th. By the time he returns from training he’ll be driving, and a responsible adult! Remembering back when he was 2 when he came here, and pretty useless as a helper, but now he can fix my mower, edge the driveway, and use the chainsaw competently. And he can bake and make his own meals.

Report: Students uncover Chinese espionage at Stanford UniversitySome studying on campus allegedly are acting as spies for the CCP

By Jaryn Crouton, Daily Called News Foundation – May 9, 2025

CCP agents reportedly impersonate students at the university to gain trust from students and staff and steal information as part of a “nontraditional collection effort,” while others are already connected with Chinese nationals studying in the U.S., according to The Stanford Review. The report states that several Chinese students studying at Stanford are currently acting as spies for the CCP.
