National For Twelves Day – We measure our days in two 12 hour sets. When we buy roses, eggs, and pastries, we purchase them by the dozen. How many months are in a year? Twelve. Of course, math lovers appreciate 12 because it has a perfect number of divisors.

Morning czarina! I recently learned that our numbers derive from a base of twelve, which is why we have eleven and twelve instead of one-teen and two-teen.
I’m sort of an only child, at least of the marriage of my parents. Each of them had two children from previous marriages, but they were much older than I.
Grilled cheese makes a really good lunch.

Good day, Czarina! Love licorice tea but not the candy ropes. Definitely easy to celebrate giving grilled cheese sandwiches to all those who are an only child in Colorado and who participate in big wind sports. Of course celebrating the number 12 is fine, but I’m sure that all other numbers are out on a protest picket line today carrying signs indicating “You Got My Number.”
And to Jews the world over…HAPPY PASSOVER….

Mornin’ All. Just comfortably cool this morning. The sun is in and out, bright and then overcast. They were forecasting snow for tomorrow, but now it is supposed to rain/snow in the middle of the night and the temp in the middle of the day will be in the high 40’s and 50’s. We are gradually getting warmer and warmer.
