Mornin’ Wee! Wouldn’t doubt it, after their heartfelt thanks to President Trump and Elon Musk.

Good mornin’, and happy Tuesday! Sticking with our traditional theme of the day, I found something from our friends on the other side of the border. Is it really only eight weeks of WINNING? Seems like at least eight months to me! Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee!

One could argue that England is the tip of the spear for all of Europe when reading this article about the demise of the English pub. All self-inflicted.

Gee whiz, it’s the Muslims again, whoda thunk it. I’m seeing a number of stories about people being confronted in company lunch rooms and other places, for eating lunch or having snacks when the Muslims are fasting for Ramadan. And these, people are apologizing and throwing away their food!
Hell would freeze over for me before I’d do that. I’m not eating meat on Fridays right now, and I genuinely hope all who have a steak for Friday supper get a delicious tender one.
It is not only stupid to give ground to these inbred savages, it’s dangerous.

You can say that again. Britain is really screwed.

Yes they are. Lucille got me interested in that tv series Escape to the Country. One of the reasons I really liked the show was seeing the tight knit little villages, and how the people socialized a lot, and often that involved the pubs. It’s a shame that world is gone for them.

National Ag Day – The role of American agriculture is greater than the food on our tables. It runs deep in our communities, large and small. Just about every product we touch involves a farmer. From the clothes on our backs to the fuel in our cars and the medicines we take, agriculture grows our economy and keeps us healthy. Agriculture provides jobs from field to store and beyond. In every area of agriculture, innovation is happing every day. And it’s been that way since the first farmer decided to plant a seed in the ground
National Biodiesel Day – the Czarevich drives a truck which picks up biodiesel at businesses in Denver and delivers it to be taken by train to a conversion plant in Texas
National Sloppy Joe Day – I actually have a can of this sauce in my pantry. Might be a good day to use it…
National Lacy Oatmeal Cookie Day – never made them but they are nice to eat
National Awkward Moments Day – let’s avoid these when possible!
National Supreme Sacrifice Day say a prayer

Cheers for National Ag Day, and I really like oatmeal cookies. As for Awkward Moments Day, I have too many of those. And, prayers for National Supreme Sacrifice Day.

Last Battle of Britain Pilot John ‘Paddy’ Hemingway Dies Aged 105 Years
https://www.breitbart.com/europe/2025/03/18/last-battle-of-britain-pilot-john-paddy-hemingway-dies-aged-105-years/
LONDON (AP) – The last surviving pilot of the Battle of Britain has died, severing the last living link to the few thousand young men who fought the Nazi air force to a standstill amid fears that Britain might be forced to capitulate during the early months of World War II.
John “Paddy” Hemingway, an Irish national who enlisted in the Royal Air Force before the war began, died Monday at his home in Dublin, the RAF said. He was 105.
Hemingway was just 20 years old when he and his comrades in the Royal Air Force took to the skies to fight off wave after wave of Nazi aircraft that sought to pound Britain into submission during the summer and autumn of 1940.
