I’m one of those people who believe if animals don’t like someone, be cautious of them. Except cats??? How do you tell if a cat likes someone?
I am told frequently by my grandson that cats are superior to every animal. Poor kid, he really wants one, and his sister is allergic to all pet dander.

He could be, too, Menage. Poor sweetie!

Actually Wee, the sweetie has a personality much like a cat. Sometimes a little feral. Not in a menacing way, if that makes sense. But he would probably get along just fine with cats. 😀

Good mornin’, and Happy St. Paddy’s Day! I didn’t look for a green coffee pot because that’s just not very interesting. I did find a Tiffany silver model so we can all feel classy while we’re making our Irish coffee! Keep your head on a swivel and carpe’ your coffee!

Good photo of Stella’s place this morning, Wee.
Great disguises. (Tex, I thought you gave up smoking.)

Mornin’ Tex! This pretty pot might even be a chocolate pot.

I think it’s a chocolate pot too.

Could well be, but the caption I had didn’t mention it and I’m not smart enough to think of things like that on my own. ‘Afternoon, Miss Stella.

Doesn’t matter because it is really pretty, and could be used for coffee. Good afternoon!

Oh T, if you identified that as a chocolate pot, it would likely be because you don’t identify as male. Or Texan. We like you just like you are!

Tex,
If this is a beautiful chocolate pot, we can simply add coffee and have mocha coffee. Very festive for St. Patrick’s day.
I might add a little Irish cream.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day (and St. Gertrude’s Day to all.

Wiki shows St Grtrudes is Nov 16 or 15.

There are two St. Gertrudes, Gertrude of Nivelles, the cat one, and St. Gertrude the Great, the November one.
Also adding to the confusion frequently, there are two calendars of feast days of saints in the Church, the old Latin one, which traditionalists go by, and the newer one that came into general use after Vatican II, in 1969, I think. Then, holy cow, you’ve got your different rites in the Roman Catholic Church. Byzantium, Maronite, etc.
So, “Party at my house” on your saint’s feast day needs to specify a date!

St Patrick’s Day – already had NO parades. They mix with St Joseph’s Day parades in NO.
National Corned Beef Day – I plan on having some.

Good morning, czarina! I cooked my corned beef on Saturday, so will have leftovers today, with roasted cabbage and butternut squash.

Afternoon All. Nice sunny day here right now. I guess we got just the edge of the storm that came through, but it sure is raising a ruckus farther East. Hope you all stay safe.

Good afternoon mom! We had a lot of rain over a two day period, but it is sunny again. Colder though.
