Boo-freakin’-hoo! If this thing holds up for a couple years, we could see a total collapse of housing prices and that would likely cascade across the Country. Everything is WAY overpriced right now including my tax appraisal (county/school rent check).

Isn’t that the truth! Just got my appraisal and, even though law here holds increases to the rate of inflation, mine went up 4.9%.

Tax returns show their donations include $13M from two individuals and they raised $4,470 from the public. What do you think?

Mornin’ All. The snow on the roof of the porch must have melted yesterday and there seems to be a leak. I stepped out to let Loki do her thing last night and almost fell down. There was a sheet of ice on the concrete and it was so slick. I had put down some snow melt, but that only seemed to make it worse. Having to be really careful now.
Hope you all have a nice day. Gotta go. My son is picking me up for church in a few minutes.

Good day, Czarina! YES to any pastry made with almonds. Also, love them raw plus made into almond milk (use it every morning on my breakfast porridge which I remain happily eating alone).
