Now for something lighter. When I first saw the title of this video, I was skeptical and almost didn’t watch it. I will say that I learned some things, and there is information that could be useful to home bakers and pasta makers (especially novices). Hope you enjoy it!

    A nice tutorial on the white flours generally used for baking and pasta.

    Came upon this which if you haven’t seen it, is the episode where Eva is granted American citizenship.
