Good mornin’, and Happy Friday! We’ve made it to the end of another week and we’re just 59 days from taking our Country back. The contraption below is an actual working steampunk coffee making machine that won some fancy award back in 2016 for its creativity. It is quite whimsical.

Obviously, not all the picks being made are ones that we will always agree with, but we have to remember to look at the overall body of work. Remember this quote from Ronald Reagan – “The person who agrees with you 80 percent of the time is a friend and an ally – not a 20 percent traitor.”

Keep your head on a swivel and Carpe your coffee…..if you can figure out how to get it out of this thing!

Feds Suspend Unconstitutional Search Program After Getting Caught on Video

    By Guest Contributor – Bob Unruh – Nov. 21, 2024 8:00 pm

DEA agents demanded the right to take a traveler’s backpack away for inspection.

A federal program in which Drug Enforcement Administration agents unconstitutionally demanded to search travelers’ luggage, without any probable cause a crime had been committed, has been suspended after the scheme was caught on video.

Listen to what Kayleigh McEnany has to say about Pam Bondi at the end of this video. In short, she likes her. Apparently Bondi was one of Trump’s impeachment lawyers.

Once again I’m getting inundated with friends sending me negative articles on Bondi, saying she’s Deep State. I just told one that I don’t care about all the negative gossip. I only care whether she’s singlemindedly tough enough to go at it day after day for four years to turn our country back to its founding principles. As with all things, time will tell.

Good morning czarina! I’m all for cranberry relish or cranberry sauce. A good homemade cranberry side really adds to the Thanksgiving table.

Good day, Czarina! YES to cranberry sauce! Always a favorite.

Family literacy begins when parents set the example. I remember both my parents sitting and reading, sometimes silently, sometimes reading to each other. Books, magazines and newspapers were a big thing in our household. It was usually Mom who read to us kids when we were first learning. One of Dad’s passions was reading the Holy Scriptures at church, which was a great example to us kids, too. Parishioners would tell Mom how much they loved his deep voice.

Assuming substitute educators is the same as a substitute teacher, I don’t recall ever having a substitute teacher even for a day. Must have been a healthy lot out in San Bernardino County.

Afternoon All. Woke up to a rainy day here. I mean, it really is raining, not that misty, almost gets everything wet type of rain. I’m guessing we will have more snow before Thanksgiving.

My little chicken poxy granddaughters are coming over today. I am not worried but my friend if Florida is. She was supposed to have the pox when she was little and caught it when she was in her 40’s from a client’s child. I had a similar situation, but in my 40’s I was exposed to it by ALL my daycare kids and did not catch it then. Hopefully, my immunity will hold out. LOL

Here’s wishing no pox to all of you along with a nice day. Stay warm.

Good day, aus! I well remember my bout with the chicken pox and can still see the scars. My left eyebrow is missing a chunk of hair. I honestly don’t remember what I did with an eyebrow pencil to cover it up since the last time I wore anything but lipstick was in the mid-80s.

      Take care!

Bombshell Report: Oversight Subcommittee Finds Pentagon Deliberately Delayed National Guard Deployment on January 6 — Cover-Up by DoD Inspector General Exposed

By Jim Hᴏft Nov. 22, 2024 9:00 am

In a fiery letter to the Department of Defense Inspector General, Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA), Chairman of the House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight, exposed the “systemic failure” within the Pentagon on January 6, 2021.

Loudermilk accused the DoD of intentionally delaying the deployment of the D.C. National Guard (DCNG) and of publishing an Inspector General report that “whitewashes” the events to protect top Pentagon officials.

Well, Stellar family, the worst of news…all three biopsies show that I do have skin cancer. Two are basal cell carcinoma; one is melanoma. I was so hoping that at least one of them would be a false alarm, but alas. I’m sorta shaky right now just thinking about being operated on; however considering the alternative, I’ll try to think positive about it all.

    LIFE!

Two interesting things I saw today on the interwebs:

    1. Mike Rogers isn’t being considered to head the FBI.
    2. Matt Gaetz isn’t on the DeSantis list to take Rubio’s seat.

Fascinating stuff going on. Politics editor at WSJ laid off today. Wash post national editor “removed” today. Wash bureau chief at NYT replaced a few days ago. MSNBC selloff. Tectonic plates are shifting.
